The JD Air Care Plan is available with either Monthly or Annual Auto-Renewal payments. By enrolling in the JD Air Care Plan, you authorize John Davis Heating & Air to automatically charge your provided credit card or bank account based on your selected billing frequency (monthly or annual), and charges will continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
The JD Air Care Plan is available with either monthly or annual auto-renewal payments. Membership benefits include two (2) maintenance visits per 12-month period. Members are eligible to receive up to two (2) one-inch MERV 8 filters. Filters are typically replaced during your maintenance visit when available; if not stocked, filters will be shipped to your home. Additional filters, specialty filters, or higher MERV-rated options are available for an additional cost. Exclusive discounts and priority service are included. A minimum commitment of 12 months is required. Membership may be transferred to another home within our service area if you relocate. If the membership is canceled, any maintenance visits completed within the current 12-month period must be paid in full. Price adjustments may apply if your equipment differs from the original quote. For annual auto-renew plans, renewal notices are emailed approximately 30 days prior to payment processing. Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing or renewal date.
