Awesome experience from start to finish. From our initial meeting with Kevin, to the 2 technicians that came out to replace our furnace (Luke and Sean), we were very impressed. These 2 technicians were on time (most important), professional and very knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing. Not to mention, how incredibly respectful and polite they were! We had two brand new units install in our home. The team did an excellent job. Fair price very professional and courteous. Showed up on time. I appreciate their kindness and attitude when I was asking questions about the units. They explain EveryThing to me. Also how to use the theromostat and even install one for me Free of charge. I highly recommend John Davis and his team. John Davis was very knowledgeable. The workers were polite knowledgeable and great. They cleaned up good before leaving. Thank you! We have been having issues with our units for years. Kevin and Terrell came out and spent hours diagnosing the issue wire by wire and was able to resolve it. Finally, I feel like they are going to work as designed. Very nice guys and very knowledgeable. I am grateful to John Davis Heating and Air for taking on the job and resolving the ongoing issues.
